If you are looking for an image of the Cote D'Azur at the height of the Belle
Epoque, when Aristocracy spent their winters on the Riviera, here is a genuine
reflection of that periode with very few reminders of our modern time, even when
looking across the Bay of Saint Raphael the view would have changed little. The
overriding impression on entering the apartment is of grandeur. Below the villa
is the marina of Santa Lucia and the town centre is just 7 minutes walk away.
